The work we do here matters.Department OverviewEnvysion, a Motorola Solutions company, is a leading provider of enterprise video security and business analytics solutions for the quick-service restaurant and retail industries. Envysion's cloud-based solution integrates video systems with sales data to proactively identify potentially fraudulent transactions and optimize operations without the need to monitor hours of video footage.Job Description As a Solutions Engineer, you'll combine technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support to packaging a solution for our customers . This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Understand customer needs and establish Envysion's product as the best solution

Assist Account Executives and Customer Success Managers with technical conversations and presentations that best demonstrate the unique value proposition of our SaaS solutions

Present company technology infrastructure including demonstrating deep familiarity with companies hardware, software, networking, and security stack

Manage order approvals to ensure technical accuracy amongst Envysion's products

Participate and assist in driving the appropriate product, sales, and procedural training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position

Support in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: sales enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical support

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

Analytical mindset that can dig into client and technical needs

Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

SaaS, hardware, and video security solutions knowledge a plus

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 USD annually.
