VF Corporation Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property in Denver, Colorado

We are looking for a Paralegal to be based in Denver, Colorado. In this position, the Paralegal will assist the in-house legal team with corporate contracts, legal and marketing reviews.

This includes taking on responsibility for maintaining the company’s contracts and other files, assisting with the contracts and marketing review processes, managing, drafting and handling form contracts (which will include direct interaction with and handling of various client relationships), managing the marketing review intake process, creating reports, and providing other assistance as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle contracts intake, enforce contracts process, help develop playbooks, manage forms,

  • Be familiar with processes relating to execution of contracts, updating and maintaining each brand’s contract files.

  • Manage filing and records maintenance for legal function

  • Manage Marketing/IP/Terms and Conditions intake system

  • Review Marketing Copy for brand marketing campaigns

  • Liaise with brand customer service teams to answer Better Business Bureau complaints

  • Coordinate with brand finance teams for quarterly documentation requirements

  • Coordinate State Charitable Co-Venture Sales reports and annual registrations

  • Manage workflow for Legal Team relating to Marketing and Contract assignments

  • Administrative tasks as assigned by attorneys

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5

Educational/Position Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant legal experience within a law firm or in-house corporate legal department.

  • Paralegal certificate is preferred

  • Strong computer skills and high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet is preferred, but not required

Hiring Range :

$192,672.00 USD - $240,840.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
