Job Overview:

Lincoln Tech in Denver seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Admissions Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between enrolled students and the campus, ensuring a smooth transition and a supportive environment for incoming students. The Admissions Facilitator will build relationships with prospective students, maintain communication throughout the enrollment process, answer their questions, support their needs, and assist them in every step towards being college-ready. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with incoming students, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

  • Communication: Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process, responding to inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

  • Issue Resolution: Uncover and assist in resolving any potential issues that may arise during the enrollment process and assist in resolving them.

  • Campus Tours: Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, highlighting key facilities and resources.

  • Orientation Assistance: Assist with the organization and implementation of student orientation programs.

  • Support Services: Provide information and guidance on academic programs and campus resources.

  • Transition Assistance: Help students navigate the steps necessary to prepare for college, including housing, registration, and financial aid.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that students may have during their transition to college life.

  • Coordination: Work closely with various campus departments to ensure students receive the support and information they need.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in student services, admissions, or a related field is desirable.

  • Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Ability to build rapport with students and their families.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Bilingual a plus
