TEAMLINX LLLP Marketing Coordinator And Experience Center Concierge in Denver, Colorado

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator & Experience Center Concierge to support our marketing team in executing customer proposals, marketing campaigns, events and initiatives while also providing excellent customer service to visitors of our Experience Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the customer, communicating our values, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role will involve assisting with various marketing activities, including client proposals, content creation, event coordination, marketing analytics, and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors to our Experience Center. Experience with customer proposals, social media, digital marketing, digital creative tools, public relations or other specific areas of marketing are a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Coordination Support the development and assembly of proposal responses and other needs of the sales team to communicate our value to potential customers. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, informative graphics, case studies, whitepapers and promotional videos. Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives. Assist with the maintenance and updating of the company website and other digital platforms. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Experience Center Concierge Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors to our Experience Center ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate scheduling for Experience Center tours and events, managing reservations and logistics. Collect and maintain visitor feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the visitor experience. Assist with administrative tasks related to the operation of the Experience Center, such as maintaining a professional space and coordinating with vendors. This shall include some basic facilities preparation and clean up after events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Customer facing experience is preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Experience with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

PAY RATE: $22.00 - $30.00/hour
