Your opportunity

  • Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders on Security Control Allocations.

  • Collaborate with security engineers performing detailed analysis' in line with our current security standards.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams in building essential relationships with strong communications across the organization while coaxing our business to adhere to the security standards.

  • Document existing and desired security architectures, update security standards as necessary

  • Advise and support cloud security initiatives.

  • Plan, research, and design security architecture for information security systems, and ensure that designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Update documentation as necessary.

  • Drive continuous innovation in staying current with new technologies and architectural approaches, while mentoring both security professionals and the wider IT organization

  • Participate in the security solutions design and implementation for the information security team. Provide hands-on direction to develop efficient and scalable solutions that align with the company's business objectives.

  • Advise on mitigation and compensating controls for risks

  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

    Must have skills

  • Broad Microsoft Azure knowledge

  • 1+ year of information security experience

  • 5+ years of general IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, OS, networking, etc)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture experience

  • Experience working with various IT Teams and non-IT teams of various disciplines.

    Nice to have skills

  • Any Azure certifications

  • Any information security related certifications

  • 5+ years of information security experience

  • Knowledge of information security tools (EDR, SEIM solutions, etc.)

    Compensation information

    The base salary range for this position is $145,000-155,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through June 30, 2024

    Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
