Where: 6435 Colorado Blvd, Commerce City, CO 80022

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (overtime as needed)

Rate of Pay: $22/hr - $28/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Create invoices for labor and equipment rental projects in accordance with lump sum and T&M contracts.

• Communicate with internal sales team, management and customers to determine billing arrangements, guidelines, customer specific requirements, and collection arrangements.

• Prepare lien wavers, schedule of values and payment applications for customers.

• Compile, analyze and distribute internal reports utilized for monthly billing preparation.

• Assist with management of Accounts Receivable by applying payments to the correct invoices, monitoring customer pay terms, past due amounts and credit limits.

• Maintain project specific job files from creation to closeout.

• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing and collections experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary education preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Independently perform complex duties under general guidance of a supervisor.

• Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:

• Experience with Pay Applications and Customer Portals (Ariba, Textura, SAP, etc.)

• Prior experience with collections

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
