Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor supervises maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services and support production in a 24/7 operation. This role involves planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing product and employee complaints, and resolving problems. Responsibilities include collaborating with plant engineers and facility management to improve safety and production quality, supervising maintenance and capital projects, and maintaining production systems and utilities. The supervisor will also use a computerized maintenance management system for scheduled preventative maintenance and ensure all utilities support production. The role requires staying updated with industry regulations, implementing corrective actions based on performance indicators, and ensuring corporate policies are followed. Supervisors will also handle maintenance records, incident reports, and technical documentation, and share best practices within the department.
