Acloche LLC Production Scheduler in Delaware, Ohio
Production Scheduler needed in Delaware 1st shift $18.00/hr.
- Accept orders and process paperwork to be distributed to the correct departments.
- Review jobs prior to release to ensure information is complete and order is ready for production to begin.
- Issue materials out of inventory once jobs are turned in complete.
- Review completed orders to verify that all material is accounted for.
- Review MRP (inventory system) and create stock orders as needed.
Communicate directly with AMS (account managers) / Detailing / Purchasing / Production to resolve paperwork problems in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience Desired:
Computer proficient
- Data entry experience
- Attention to detail with ability to catch mistakes when/before they occur.
- Experience reading job orders and understanding of inventory processes.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate with account managers on the phone and via email.
- Flexible/Experience working in a fast paced environment that can change rapidly.
- Good Attendance / Positive Attitude
- AS400 experience
