Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in appropriate state (Minnesota) -OR- current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant -OR- Verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire. (Must pass certification within two attempts)

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.

Job Description:

Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Deerwood, Minnesota, where 465 lakes provide endless options for water sports and recreation. These cities, 125 miles north of Minneapolis, are at the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, one of the state’s top vacation destinations.As a CMA/LPN, you will assist RNs, Physicians and other providers. You will provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. You will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. The cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.

Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 0730-830/1600-1700

Hours Per Pay Period:

Compensation Range: $19.55 - $29.32 / hour
