We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing credit applications, and managing credit-related inquiries. This is a role that calls for excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on the accounting function in a diverse industry environment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications in an accurate and timely manner

• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records

• Handling and resolving customer inquiries related to credit

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect overdue payments

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ERP Solutions

• Experience in Great Plains (GPAC) and other accounting functions

• Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conducting auditing tasks and managing billing functions

• Proficiency in using Excel Formulas and other relevant tools for accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Big 4, public accounting experience preferred

• Demonstrable experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor.

• Bach degree in accounting, CPA preferred

• Proficient knowledge of accounting software systems.

• Experience with ADP in a financial services context.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions.

• Proficiency in executing auditing processes.

• Strong skills in Excel formulas.
