We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager with a specialized focus on accounts receivable and billing processes. As an integral member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, billing, and collections operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Help manage the entire accounts receivable process

• AR deposits

• Dealer rebate checks

• Refund processing

Billing Operations:

• Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers.

• Review contracts, sales orders, and service agreements to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper billing for products and services rendered.

• Develop and maintain billing procedures and documentation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable and billing specialists.

• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Financial statement preparation

• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, cash flow projections, and other financial metrics.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable and billing activities.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis as needed.

Process Improvement and Compliance:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.

• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to mitigate risks and optimize performance.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with customers.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload effectively.
