Doch zu dir: Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion? Und du kannst Teams motivieren? Dann komm' zu uns ins Werk nach Darmstadt oder Langen und baue Batterien mit uns als Schichtleiter in der Produktion (m/w/d).

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• du organisierst und leitest ein Schicht-Team (fachlich und disziplinarisch)

• du stellst den Produktionsabläufe in deinen Schichten sicher und hilfst, sie zu verbessern (KVP)

• zusammen mit deinem Team erreichst du Leistungskennzahlen (KPI)

• due kontrollierst Buchungen und Bestände

• du erstellst und aktualisierst arbeitstechnische Unterlagen und begleitest Audits

• du verantwortest die Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit in deinen Schichten (5S)

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

• eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Elektrotechnik

• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, wichtig: im produzierenden Gewerbe

• sichere ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse (vorzugsweise SAP MM und EWM)

• erste Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Lean Methoden wie 5S

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtmodell (Früh/Spät/Nacht)
