JOB SUMMARY:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for Provider contracts. The Contract Administrator will be the primary point of contact for all Provider/APC Compensation related issues. The incumbent will work closely and collaborate with the Legal department, Human Resources and Risk Management to ensure contract compliance. The Contract Administrator will collaborate with the Legal Department, Onboarding Team, Operations, Payroll and Human Resources to ensure all provider agreements and amendments are administered accurately and in a timely manner. The Contract Administrator will serve as the Finance and Payroll Department liaison for all Provider compensation related inquiries to include data requests and contract review. The Contract Administrator contributes to the effective operations of the Organization by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Must exhibit the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Paralegal Studies or other related field. Experience of five (5) years’ experience in Clinic operations may substitute education. Masters Degree may be substituted in lieu of experience.

Experience: Five (5) or more years’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or similar position.
