Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in our Danville, Indiana, 46122-1474, United States location. As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in our finance team, with a focus on maintaining accurate accounts and records, and playing a crucial role in our month-end financial close process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record transactions in the general ledger.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure all finances are up-to-date.

• Conduct month-end close procedures efficiently and timely.

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting activities.

• Continually monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Staff Accountant

• Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of performing Bank Reconciliations with minimal supervision

• Knowledgeable in managing the General Ledger

• Able to prepare Journal Entries accurately

• Experienced in performing Month End Close activities

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks

• Experience with Oracle-based financial systems is desirable

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus

• Prior experience with SAP accounting software is beneficial
