  • The Sr Manager, Business Spend and Transformation Strategy is responsible for strategically directing and transforming our business spend and processes. You will be responsible for driving process excellence, spend analytics, and special project management and act as liaison with the finance function for reporting and working capital, executing sustainable sourcing practices to enhance efficiency and create value across the supply chain

  • This role is a part of the Procurement team within our Finance division

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s business goals and financial commitments

  • Lead procurement spend and analytics program to foster innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes

  • Drive the digitization of procurement systems to improve data visibility and decision-making capabilities

  • Responsible for all Procurement KPIs and savings methodology compliance with the finance community

  • Conduct supply market intelligence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain

  • Create a procurement digital roadmap for AI adoption across procurement Source to pay systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of procurement strategies with business operations

  • Mentor and develop a procurement high-performing team

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or other related field

  • 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on procurement transformation and strategy

  • Strong knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and risk management

  • Proven track record of leading procurement CoEs and implementing process improvements

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficient in procurement software and tools

  • Strong and effective leadership skills

  • Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely-defined problems

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Detailed understanding of enterpise technology tools that enable sourcing and procurement execution and reporting

  • Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills
