Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an (INTL INDIA) Salesforce Business Analyst to join our digital services client. You will be working with their end client to discover and define requirements for report changes resulting from a Conga Implementation. As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will own business analysis for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud as it relates to the Conga CPQ platform. You will collaborate with their Conga vendor and internal teams including Oracle development, Data Lake, Enterprise Integrations, and Salesforce. This role is hybrid in Bangalore or Hyderabad with the expectation of a few days in office per month per client request.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years with Salesforce business analyst experience (functional and reporting)

Experience in the Salesforce domains: Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud

Experience using Conga CPQ platform

Strong expertise with formal process documentation of business process flows

Experience designing functional standards and processes for an organization

Knowledgeable of the Software Development Life Cycle

Experience analyzing and creating requirements, technical writing, UAT testing, and facilitating workshops and meetings between stakeholders null
