Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator based in Dallas, Texas. This role will primarily focus on reviewing, analyzing, and drafting various contracts in a fast-paced environment. The position involves efficient management of the contract lifecycle and effective communication with internal teams. The role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze various contracts including but not limited to MSAs, MCAs, SOWs, etc.

• Draft amendments, extensions, and terminations using clear and concise language

• Electronically manage the contract lifecycle, maintaining all relevant documents

• Oversee contract templates and guide others on their selection

• Administer contract workflows, ensuring timely approvals and execution

• Communicate effectively with internal teams on contract status

• Develop proficiency in our legal department software including DocuSign, Linksquares, Sharepoint

• Apply skills in Contracts, Cloud Technologies, Database Technologies, Software Technology, Technological, Technology Consulting, Existing Contracts, Legal Contracts, Reviewing Contracts, Data Mining, CMS Data, CMS Platform, and Snowflake

• Draft contracts from templates and manage contract files with a keen eye for detail and strong interpretation skills

• Handle multiple contracts with tight deadlines

Requirements

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, database technologies, and software technology

• Demonstrated ability to review contracts effectively and efficiently

• Proficiency with Snowflake, a cloud-based data-warehousing platform

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Ability to interpret and apply regulations and procedures

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
