About BTP Delivery@Scale

BTP Delivery@Scale China teamis mainly providing services for clients in Greater China, Japan, and South Korea, also supporting clients in other regions.

Integrated consulting delivery arm of SAPs global delivery networkwith nearshore and offshore centers providing global coverage.

Global talent pool of consultants driven to deliver outcomes for our customers through factory services, standard services like Preferred Success services and other traditional people-based services. Focused on continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction while lowering costs and accelerating time-to-value.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.

• Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, Defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning is big plus.

• Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects.

• Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. will be a big plus.

• Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies, and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI, SLT, ILM)

• Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer.

• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.

• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.

• A record of taking initiatives, driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibility

• Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.

• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors or masters degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree

• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.

• Must be open to travel on short notice. (Long term or short term)

• SAP Certifications (NetWeaver, HANA, OSDB or a combination of these)

• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud: Solution or Architect certifications

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Good working knowledge of databases like HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase ASE, MaxDB, DB2 etc.

• Experience in working with SAP Applications viz. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, ETD, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.

• Experience in Technical setup of BTP services

• Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, OS/400, etc.)

• Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, Architecting, Advisory

• 8 years of work experience in SAP Basis role

LANGUAGE EXPECTATION

• Fluent Japanese and English speaking can communicate with global customer independently.
