Description and Requirements

Foster the One Lenovo culture and identify opportunities to drive incremental One Lenovo business within the market.

Build and leverage key partner and customer relationships.

Coordinate with sales and BG leaders to determine the right Lenovo resources to support market opportunities.

Build a high-performance sales team that understands the benefits of the complete portfolio.

Drive all operations within the market and own the BMS at the market level, including target setting for each team.

Agree on annual budgets and produce a detailed annual business operating plan covering PCSD, ISG, and SSG.

Understand market dynamics and build a go-to-market (GTM) plan with Business Group (BG) and Sales leaders to maximize growth for all BGs.

Responsible for the market I&E (PCSD, ISG, & SSG).

Requirements:

  • English Fluency C1

  • Bachelor’s degree – such a Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, or sales related.

  • Master’s Degree (nice to have)

  • 12 years of relevant work experience

  • People manager roles typically require a minimum of 3 years of management experience
