Insight Global Director of Business Development in Cumming, Georgia

Job Description

This person will play a crucial role in supporting the company sales initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies, focusing on the home building and residential development market. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing relationships with Real Estate Developers and home builders for new installations. The responsibilities for this role include the following:

* Maintain and grow current developer and builder relationships.

* Seek new business opportunities

* Qualify, quantify, and prioritize sales leads that you generate or are assigned to you.

* Create proposals for the sale of installation services for septic tanks and drain fields.

* If an opportunity is appropriate, then support application and sale of DWTU/DWTS equipment along with the installation.

* Coordinate the scheduling and execution of new installs with management.

* Meet or exceed sales goals set

* Exhibit, present, and/or attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

* Monitor trends in the onsite and distributed wastewater treatment industry.

* Generate a sales forecast by customer and provide it to the COO and VP of Bus. Dev. to assist with financial and production planning.

* Actively use and make updates to the Customer Relationship Management CRM system.

* Assist company with other projects, strategic goals, and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

* 10+ years of business development experience -- full sales process

* Experience working in building development -- selling to builders or real estate developers

* Willing and able to come onsite one day per week at the Cumming, Georgia office * Septic experience or knowledge -- HUGE plus

* Leadership experience

* Bachelor's degree null
