The PV Global Operations team is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, MarTech Operations to help define and scale on-time, error-free launches on Prime Video, which will include developing our products and operational best practices. In this role, you will be focused on streamlining the technology supporting Prime Video launches (including but not limited to titles, key art, title treatments, trailers and platform metadata) and finding new and innovative ways to continue to raise the bar in quality, accuracy and efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing operations, working in close partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, PV International, PV US, and PV technology teams.

In this role, you will lead a large-scale technology initiative supporting critical business objectives across multiple organizations and geographies. Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a global marketing operations technical transformation project, including roadmap development, resource allocation, and budget oversight. You'll define comprehensive program strategies, set ambitious yet achievable objectives, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration. You'll drive meaningful discussions to align business and technical stakeholder needs, prioritize projects, make strategic trade-offs, and clearly communicate progress and outcomes. You'll craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive presentations to senior leadership. You'll build consensus when faced with differing opinions and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex data sets, driving continuous improvements, and understanding intricate business problems and technical limitations. You'll bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Regular review of program metrics will ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining processes, eliminating obstacles to innovation, and driving operational excellence across global marketing operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate automation (AI/genAI, RPA, ML, etc.) opportunities to enhance Prime Video's marketing operations workflows.

  • Analyze current processes and quantify the impact of proposed optimizations using data and metrics.

  • Implement and manage automation-driven optimization initiatives, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project roadmaps, priorities, and success criteria.

  • Design and deploy automation-powered features to streamline content production, delivery, and launch workflows.

  • Gather business requirements, test solutions, and drive user adoption of automated marketing technology.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global automation solutions' suitability and compatibility.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with global program objectives.

  • Provide support for new tools and processes, addressing user concerns and resistance.

  • Monitor and improve automation systems in production, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and successful outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
