Citrus County Law Firm Seeks Experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal
The law firm of VanNess and VanNess, P.A. seeks an experienced civil litigation paralegal.
Requirements:
- 2 years of College or a Technical/Vocational School
- Must have a minimum of 5 years recent litigation experience
- Must have prior experience with litigation processes and experience e-filing
- Must have familiarity with state and local court procedures and rules
- Ability to work in a team setting with other paralegals supporting a group of attorneys
- Organizational skills
- Typing skills withexperience in Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to coordinate meetings, travel, expense reimbursements, input time, and transcribe dictation
- Written and verbal communication skills a must
- Proficiency in Westlaw and the ability to perform legal research is required
- Employer conducts drug testing, background checks, credit checks and references
Work Schedule: Full-time Days - 40 hours per week
