Cotterman Company Customer Service Representative in Croswell, Michigan

This position is responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of the organization and will provide information about products, provide quotations, take orders, track orders, and follow up.
Basic functions, essential functions, and specific duties:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers' accounts through open interactive communication.
- Manage incoming sales requests to provide pricing, lead times, delivery tracking, product information, company information, placing orders, change orders, RGA's, credits, etc.
- Process and maintain various paperwork such as Pro-Forma Invoices, product tag data for customer projects, sales stock adjustments and coordinate department sales order at the end of the day.
- Following up with customers to check that they are satisfied with their purchasing experience.
- Determining the quickest most effective ways to answer a client or customer's questions.
- Meet personal and Sales Team targets and call handling quotas.
