Holiday Out in America at Tansi Campsite Subdivision No 1 Property Owners Assoc. P/T Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Keeping in Crossville, Tennessee
-Part-time facilities' maintenance tech and groundskeeper needed for seasonal/summer work. -Must meet deadlines, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks without direct supervision. -Must have experience in building/facilities maintenance and repairs, grounds keeping and lawn maintenance. Experience and basic skills in entry-level electrical, plumbing and carpentry a plus. -Duties include but are not limited to using push and riding mowers, string trimers, pressure washers and other power and hand tools as required. Experience using a compact tractor a plus. -Employee may also be asked to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. -Must have reliable transportation and provide 3-year Motor Vehicle Operator's Record. -Must submit to pre-employment drug screen and reemployment TBI background check. -Veteran Preferred.
