About the role

Performs all soluble evaporation smoke production activities.

Circulates condensate after running regular smoke.

Operates the 402 evaporator and associated equipment.

Key responsibilities

Must be able to multitask run APV, CT6, and 402 APV evaporators individually or simultaneously.

Must be able to read and understand MFG order and know the different products.

Recommends blending equipment upgrades, modifications and/or replacements.

Maintains daily production logs.

Assists in performing weekly smoke plant product, materials and tank farm physical inventories and helps in inventory reconciliation.

Assists the smoke plant supervisor in maintaining an adequate supply of mixing, blending, and other production materials.
