Performs routine repair and preventative maintenance on the interior and exterior of the entire facility including the Casino, hotel, restaurants, kitchens, offices, building storage, etc. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Schedule is four x 10 hr days that includes working weekends. This position offers substantial opportunity for growth as we near the end of a large expansion project that includes 300+ new hotel rooms and suites, state-of-the-art spa, meeting and conference space, retail, large parking garage, additional fine dining and retail space.

Performs routine repair and preventative maintenance on the interior and exterior of the entire facility including the Casino, hotel, restaurants, kitchens, offices, building storage, etc. This includes all aspects of carpentry, responding to any emergency situation such as fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, roof and ceiling repair, etc., install/replace new or damaged equipment such as light fixtures, kitchen appliances, plumbing and sewage, etc. and new construction/remodel activities including painting and wood finishing.

Requires excellent customer service and communication skills, experience using and maintaining hand and power tools, knowledge of pertinent building codes and OSHA regulations, and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems. Flexible work schedules required at times.
