Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive growth of Core Needle Business and market share expansion.

  • Support customers across various call points on clinical aspects of Core Biopsy.

  • Identify decision makers and articulate BD’s Total Core Needle solution effectively.

  • Meet annual territory targets aligned with BD's portfolio.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and UK priorities.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor assessment.

  • Develop and implement territory plans for sustainable sales success.

  • Assist in product trials and in-service processes for account conversion.

About you:

  • Extensive sales experience with a record of success in NHS Healthcare sales.

  • Exposure to clinical environment.

  • Strategic demeanor with success in coordinating various departments within the NHS.

  • Highly motivated with good organisational skills.

  • Capability to analyse data and identify trends, confident usage of Microsoft Office.
