    SUMMARY

    This position plays a critical role in providing an interface between the customer, the Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phones by 2 nd ring. 

  • Review & respond to new VM’s & email. 

  • Check -in with Account Managers at the beginning and end of shift. *minimally.  

  • Perform pre-billing tasks including checking and filling out all required company and customer forms and checklists, and obtaining required pictures

  • Create invoicing for client as required, and review and resolve any rejected billing.

  • Create all required support documentation for repairs including invoicing, reconciliation, and collecting on past due invoices.

    COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills.

  • Self-directed and enjoys contributing to a team.

  • Experience in high level of customer service required.

  • One to three years’ experience in a web based, windows environment background a +.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new and proprietary software.

    Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00
