The starting pay range for this position is $30.50-$40.42 per hour

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth, and Families has a full time vacancy for Foster Care Health Consultant.

**SUMMARY:

The Foster Care Health Consultant will manage and coordinate the State of New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) Foster Care Health Program within their assigned area of coverage. This requires the application of evidence based advanced public health nursing strategies and trauma informed solution based child welfare principles to provide clinical consultation, education and technical assistance to child protection and juvenile justice staff, community agencies, residential facilities, foster care resource parents, medical professionals and the general public in the field of child well-being. Upholds the vision and mission of the agency through utilizing the Practice Model theories, beliefs and principles in daily practice.
