Description

We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in COLUMBUS, Ohio. This role is centered around the planning, budgeting, and overseeing of specific projects, ensuring that each project is delivered on schedule and meets the desired objectives. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with various departments within our organization, providing valuable input and direction to enhance operational efficiencies and foster a culture of integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, and document all aspects of specific projects ensuring a comprehensive approach to project management

• Collaborate with upper management to ensure the scope and direction of each project aligns with overall company objectives

• Foster a culture of integrity and collaboration within the organization, ensuring all team members understand their role in the project and feel valued

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion

• Enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness through the implementation of strategic project management methodologies

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Commercial Bank Practice Group, providing guidance and advice to enhance their operational performance

• Utilize skills in planning, budgeting, workstation support, collaboration, project planning, and commercial banking to drive project success

• Ensure all project-related activities adhere to quality assurance management standards

• Regularly monitor and review project progress, implementing changes where necessary to ensure project objectives are met

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in project management

• Proven ability to plan and execute complex projects

• Familiarity with budget processes and financial forecasting

• Experience in workstation support and troubleshooting

• Strong collaboration and team management skills

• Knowledge of project planning tools and software

• Experience in commercial banking sector

• Proficiency in quality assurance (QA) management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
