Bachelor's Degree and CCNA or CCNP certification Experience with Juniper routing and switching Python and Shell scripting understanding Experience with Network security protocols, algorithms & implementations Must be patient and have a customer service mindset when dealing with clients Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Desired Skills: Experience working in a Service Provider Network JNCIA or other Juniper focused certifications Description of Role/Responsibilities: We are looking for a Network Engineer who has the desire to work in a Service Provider Network. This position will be a mixture of consulting with clients of the organization, handling actual implementations, and engineering responsibilities. Candidates must have the ability to be patient with those clients who do need hand-holding but have a sense of urgency about getting tasks completed in a timely manner. The organization is currently 99% Juniper for their routers and switches and uses Python for scripting.
