The IAM Analyst - Principal is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies across the bank. This role ensures that client's IAM services comply with security and privacy standards, industry practices, and governance frameworks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure client's IAM services are compliant with security and privacy standards, industry best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to execute IAM program strategy roadmap objectives and key milestones, providing business value and sustaining IAM capabilities.

• Consult with IAM architects and other stakeholders to refine implementation plans aligned with established designs and patterns.

• Work with IT and development teams to seamlessly integrate IAM products with existing systems and applications.

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IAM engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

• Lead strategic security planning with IT Management and Risk Management teams.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.

• 5 years of experience in Information Security or cross-functional department management.

• 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and successful delivery demonstration.

• 3 years of experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security, and risk management at scale.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering and sustaining business value through IAM lifecycle across legacy, modern, and cloud-native capabilities (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• CISSP or CISM certification.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience as a Product Owner for Authentication technology.

• Integrity, excellence, curiosity, and adaptability in work approach.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP Directories.

• Experience with privileged accounts and vendor API integration.

• Familiarity with SIEM products and SQL querying.

• Experience integrating applications with Identity Management systems.

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript.

• Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow.
