The ideal candidate will have 4+ years managing real estate and facility projects and teams, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Compensation: $96,294 - $137,164 Annually ($46.29 - $65.94 hourly equivalent) + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus *The pay range offered will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and Supervise: Manage a talented team of facilities project managers, overseeing projects related to construction, maintenance, site openings/closures, space reconfiguration, and more. * Real Estate Management: Handle lease negotiations, property acquisitions, lease administration, and maintain positive landlord and tenant relationships. * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the facilities capital plan in collaboration with our team. * Risk Management: Partner with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with facilities-related insurance, vendor, landlord, and tenant requirements. * Facility Assessments: Oversee routine facilities assessments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the physical condition and capital needs of our properties. * Equipment Management: Supervise clinical equipment inventories, ensuring proactive replacement and annual assessments. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to facilities code requirements and infection prevention protocols. * Hands-On Projects: Directly manage a variety of facilities projects, including safety, compliance, construction management, and the implementation of new standards and systems. What We're Looking For: * Experience: Minimum of 4 years in managing real estate and facility project teams, with established connections and significant experience in the Seattle real estate and construction markets. * Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare facilities management is strongly preferred. * Skills: * Knowledge: Familiarity with facility codes and infection prevention requirements is essential. * Mobility: Reliable personal vehicle for local travel between sites (mileage and parking fees reimbursed). * Health & Safety: COVID vaccination required. * Culture Fit: Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team that values respect, teamwork, and adaptability. Must be a calming influence, open to change, and able to work on the fly. Hours & Schedule: * Office Location: Based in Georgetown, Seattle. * Work Hours: Flexible schedule between 6 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday. * Overtime: Minimal expected; occasional after-hours and weekend work required. * Remote Work: Hybrid remote/in-office option available after a 4-month learning period, contingent on productivity. Must reside in the Seattle area.
