We are seeking an experienced Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to spear-head cutting edge genomic research into rare genetic disorders and congential heart disease. This role involves applying machine learning to genomic data, statistical genetics, and the development and deployment of novel bioinformatic tools.The ideal candidate will contribute to analyzing large patient cohorts with genome sequencing data, pushing the boundaries of pediatric healthcare research. Design and implement sophisticated bioinformatics algorithms and software tailored to advancing our understanding of genetic diseases. Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a pivotal liaison between our data sciences research laboratory and our translational research collaborations, providing expertise in bioinformatics to translate complex genomic data into actionable insights.
