City of Columbia Heights Property Maintenance Inspector (Seasonal PT) in Columbia Heights, Minnesota
This is a summer seasonal temporary position from approximately May through September 2024. 20- 25 hours per week. Monday-Friday. Performs inspections of properties for violations of the City s Property Maintenance Code. Photographs violations and posts notices on properties. Uses computer to verify property owner information, perform data entry of violations and photographs, and generate violation letters. Website: www.columbiaheightsmn.gov
