Job Duties: The services required for this position include providing non-personal services in support of policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of joint training. The individual in this position will provide expert advice to the Commander/Director on the four Phases of the CJCS Joint Training System (JTS): Requirements, Pl The work will require expertise in developing, delivering, and maintaining Joint Operations Center individual and collective training, training scenarios, and exercise support to the N-NC/J73 Qualification Training (QT) Division in support of the following.

Required Skills: Expertise in developing, delivering, and maintaining NORTHCOM Contingency Command Crew (CCC) individual and collective training, training scenarios, and exercise support to the N-NC/J73 Qualification Training (QT) Division in support of the following:

Develop, deliver, and maintain individual and collective training based upon EAP CJCS Volume IV, EAP CJCS Volume VI, CJCSI 3280.01, CJCSM 3280.01, CJCSM 3430.01 and similar National Military Command System (NMCS) guidance. Training will be delivered for any N-NC/J73 QT program, including CCC, N-NC Command Center (N2C2), and all required continuati Develop, maintain, and deliver individual and collective academic training lessons and maintaining training scenarios and exercise scripts; Act as role player for participants during training scenario and exercise execution participate as exercise "white player", to include role play of participants during exercise execution; Develop and deliver exercise support for any exercise/event the CCC may participate in (i.e. VIGILANT SHIELD/ARDENT SENTRY, established NSSEs, and Continuity of Operations exercises Develop and deliver exercise scenarios, scripts, and injects for the CCC based upon EAP CJCS Volume IV, EAP CJCS Volume VI, CJCSI 3280.01, CJCSM 3280.01, CJCSM 3430.01 and similar NMCS guidance; Incorporate into QT programs NMCS guidance N-NC Battle staff Operating Procedures, OPLANS, and CONPLANS, and CCC guidance and standard operating procedures, and any similar applicable guidance. As required per standard NORAD and USNORTHCOM task management, contractor shall review and recommend changes to guidance; Integrate and align new guidance, training and system requirements with the Joint Training Plan, Joint Mission Essential Task List, Commanders' Training Guidance, other CJCS 3500 and N-NC requirements; Create and maintain QT training documentation and reports specific to the CCC, to include crew member individual training folders and training summary reports, for approximately 70 trainees per year; Coordinate/de-conflict CCC QT course training requirements, curriculum/classroom support, and facilities with internal and external offices and agencies to include course, instructor and facility scheduling Knowledge of NORAD-NORTHCOM Mission and systems.

Qualifications:
