JOB SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our team of skilled electricians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, online forms, and inquiries from third-party apps promptly and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.

  • Schedule service appointments and manage the dispatch of electricians efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data.

  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules.

  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

  • Proven experience in dispatching roles, minimum 2 years.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software, familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
