Day to day:

• Design all aspects of engineering projects to include layout, grading, earthwork, storm drain, septic, sanitary sewer, water, storm water management, and erosion/sediment control

• Perform field investigations to determine existing conditions

• Prepare agency design submission packages for agency reviews and approvals

• Participate with permitting and the completion of as-constructed/as-built drawings

• Interpret and apply all applicable federal, state and/or local codes

• Draft technical specifications

• Occasionally travel to project/client sites to complete tasks or attend meetings

Top Skills Details:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant design experience in the site-civil engineering field working with AutoCAD & Civil 3D.

• CAN BE FULLY REMOTE!! Needs to be an A+ candidate. Not job hoppy, has a proven record of remote work before (preferred, not required)

• EIT Certification and on the cusp of getting PE. PE would be great as well, but not a requirement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BSCE from an ABET accredited engineering program

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant design experience in the site-civil engineering field

• AutoCAD skills required

• Civil 3D experience required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office

• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, project managers, supervisors, and other team members
