Role Summary

This is a role within the Strategy, Incentives, and Planning (SIP) team reporting into the Go-to-Market Operations (GTMO) organization.

In this role, you will manage core planning and process cadence, cross-functional projects, and the related change management support. You will be accountable for ensuring we have clear awareness of and tracking of the major changes needed to support SIP initiatives. Additionally, you will own and maintain business planning calendars to support fiscal year planning and other extended duration critical initiatives. Finally, you will act as the process liaison across peer GTMO and corporate functions.

What you'll get to do

  • Develop, coordinate, and drive projects across a set of diverse GTM functions.

  • Define project scope, set key milestones and timelines, and identify and mitigate risks.

  • Build a “global” or consolidated view of all project tasks, dependencies, and the critical path.

  • Facilitate lessons learned and documentation for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 10 + years managing projects in a similar role at fast growing enterprise software company

  • Experience running and managing fiscal year processes, understanding the impact of the business and making recommendations to stakeholders

  • Structured thinker. Develop and use frameworks to guide the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions and identify the 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without boiling the ocean with analysis overload.

  • Dedicated and relentless project leadership and execution. Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations. You are known as someone who “gets stuff done” and an effective influencer.

  • Technology and process design. You are equally comfortable solving problems through technology as you are through business process redesign, and you know when to employ the right tactic.

  • Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of sales, partner, customer success (post-sales), and marketing operations is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
