The Senior Reporting Financial Analyst provides financial data and strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to create financial models, based on analyses, to support organizational decision making.This role will be key to developing financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.

The Senior Reporting Financial Analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, generating Excel models, presentations, and reports.Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other finance-related transactions to determine their performance and suitability.

Your role in our mission:

  • Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes, develop financial models, perform research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

  • Analyze current and past overdue evolution and provide forecasting support.

  • Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as monthly/quarterly/yearly growth and depreciation, Bad Debt, Billing efficiency.

  • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of risks and improvement.

  • Review accounting transactions for data accuracy and support with the reconciliation of data billing vs. accounting bookings.

  • Participate and support in coordination of processes including month closing.

  • Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.

  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

  • Monitor the accounting records against financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

  • Close cooperation with other controllers and analysts in the team, as well with the commercial teams.

What you will bring into the role:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of reporting, financial analysis and planning.

  • Must demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to details.

  • Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable area.

  • Knowledge of database reporting systems, reports and KPI’s set up.

  • Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Good accounting and controlling skills.

  • Oracle or similar ERP AR workflow application.

  • Fluent English level C1.

  • Degree or accredited college in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
