Emerson Internship Customer Service Representative with Spanish in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative Intern with proficiency in Spanish to join our customer service team. In this role, you will help ensure a positive customer experience by processing customer orders accurately and efficiently while learning valuable skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Assist with the processing of standard customer orders.

  • Ensure order accuracy by verifying prices, delivery addresses, and order details in the system.

  • Collaborate with the team in Cluj and maintain communication with the sales team for minor clarifications.

  • Provide daily follow-up on the order book to anticipate issues and take proactive action to satisfy customer requests.

  • Verify customer requests in terms of lead times and required documentation, particularly for exports.

  • Support the handling of delayed material complaints once a week

Who You Are:

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. You can work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with others. You are eager to learn and contribute positively to team performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2-C1 level).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.

  • Cooperative and willing to interact and work with others, team player.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and business interfaces (Outlook, email).

  • Motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Ability to work under time pressure, multitask, and effectively solve problems.

  • Familiarity with order management systems or related software.
