Job Description Summary Enterprise Ohio serves as the backbone organization for the Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition, an inclusive, public-private partnership founded in 2019 to address lead poisoning through a comprehensive, preventive, and long-term approach. Today, the Coalition has over 500 members and several working committees and subcommittees. In addition to supporting the Coalition, Enterprise Ohio manages the Coalition's main tool - the Lead Safe Home Fund. The Lead Safe Home Fund is a first-of-its-kind public-private fund to provide Cleveland residents and property owners with all the programs and services necessary to make the City of Cleveland's Lead Safe Certification successful and support families in living lead safe. The Senior Program Officer, Lead will join the existing Enterprise Lead team and collaboratively work on supporting the operations of Enterprise as coordinating entity of the Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition. We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with strong financial and analytical skills to assist with activities including oversight for all public, private, and government awards made to the Lead Safe Home Fund and Lead Safe Home Fund Administrator compliance. The Senior Program Officer, Lead will create and maintain required reports for all funders pursuant to funders' requirements and review and validate all Lead Safe Home Fund budgets and monitor spend down of funding sources. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a robust culture of financial management processes and the ability and desire to work in teams within and across organizations, the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and operate in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing timelines and priorities. The Senior Program Officer, Lead must have strong interpersonal skills, including humility and cultural competence to connect with people in all levels and sectors and an eagerness to grow as a lifelong learner. This position requires strong administrative, financial oversight and modeling, organizing, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position reports to the Program Director, in Cleveland. Job Description Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analytics. Budget Assessment, Monitoring and Enhancement Develop and implement data assessment and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of data Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement to streamline and optimize financial operations and reporting Monitor and track grant and contract budgets, expenditures, and financial reports Assess and validate Lead Safe Home Fund budgets Review and process monthly invoices from administrators Compliance and Reporting Review and inter
