Prep Supervisor. Barrio Bros LLC; Cleveland, Ohio. Duties: Supervise & coordinate activities of food prep workers by verifying accuracy of orders received & prepared, creating prep list for food prep workers, & training new prep cooks. May also assist with preparing food & putting orders away. No minimum education required. 3 months of experience in Food Prep required. Salary: $30,000/year.
