Qualifications
Management experience in a fitness center and/or spa setting
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
Strong background in purchasing and retail management
Excellent customer service skills and experience in supervising a team
Ability to manage cash registers and retail sales effectively
Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, and payroll
Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct interviews
Experience with sales and membership
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to interact with customers professionally and build relationships and customer satisfaction
