Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team, located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is within the industry of data processing and plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless data entry operations. The position requires you to be onsite and offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into our database from various sources

• Utilize software such as Excel and CRM programs to manage data

• Ensure customer service excellence by resolving any data-related issues promptly and professionally

• Scan and organize files in an efficient manner

• Use 10-key skills to perform calculations and enter data effectively

• Correspond via email to address inquiries or concerns related to data entry

• Maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure data integrity

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and analyze data

• Demonstrate strong typing skills to ensure efficient data entry

• Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Demonstrated ability in organizing files and maintaining a systematic filing system

• Possess advanced typing skills for quick and accurate data entry

• Ability to perform calculations accurately as required by the job

• Experience in handling scanning equipment for digitization of documents

• Proven customer service skills to effectively handle client queries and concerns

• Excellent email correspondence skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Familiarity with 10 Key Skills to efficiently enter numerical data

• Prior experience in a data entry role will be an advantage
