Here's what you'd do: Create Billing Create Requisitions for Subcontractors Track Subcontractor Certified Payroll Setting jobs to close Archive documents Schedule turnover meetings Support with Financial Plan Cost Adjustments Here's what you'll get: Pay: $55,000 / year. or $28.65 PER HOUR Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1st shift) Length: Contract (12 Months) Sound like a good fit? Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry billing (progress billing) and retainage AIA and SOV (Schedule of Values ability to review customer contracts for billing requirements and waivers. Minimum of 2 years experience in Lien waivers Minimum of 2 years experience in determining customer's billing requirements from purchase orders/contract docs Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic platforms Ability to work under pressure (deadlines) and handle a high-volume workload with accuracy Basic Excel skills (familiar with formulas) Basic Math Skills Ability to handle a HIGH volume workload Basic math skills.
