Third Federal is seeking an individual with strong analytical, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills for the position of an Application Development Analyst. The position will focus on projects to develop applications using agile processes and principles. The role will coordinate development and implementation projects with business users and technical teams. Will need strong problem solving skills for troubleshooting and identifying enhancement opportunities. This position will also provide daily support for custom applications.
Essential Job Functions:
- - Work with business users to define system and application requirements

``` - - Work with developers to coordinate development projects utilizing agile methodology

``` - - Troubleshoot and analyze production issues to identify the impact, scope, and cause

``` - - Assist with development, testing, andimplementation of business user enhancements

``` - - Create test plans, train and assist with testing for application upgrades

``` - - Maintain and update system setups and configurations
```{=html}
``` - - Create and analyze reports

``` - - Create an environment of team collaboration that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.

``` - - Ability to work on several concurrent initiatives and define project timelines
Required Qualifications:
- - Experience with agile methodologies (Certificates are a plus)

``` - - Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel

``` - - Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus

``` - - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
