Duties & Responsibilities:
Leader for general/electrical maintenance. Perform maintenance and PMs on Electrical systems. Build, install and troubleshoot electrical/control circuits for plant utilities and equipment. Install transformers and overhaul equipment -- maintenance & production. Select fuses, circuit breakers, overload relays for installation/replacement. Read and interpret electrical schematics national electrical code. Operate and maintain 3-phase induction motors and in-plant power distribution systems. Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical systems (13,800 VAC, 480 VAC, 208 VAC, 120 VAC etc.) Troubleshoot control circuits: motor control circuits, plc control circuits. Configure and Troubleshoot VFDs.
Basic Pipe fitting as needed. Must have knowledge of both plant and departmental environmental health and safety regulations and comply with said regulations accordingly. Other duties as assigned.

: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to use electrical test equipment, e.g., volt-ohm meter, ammeter, meg-ohmmeter, wiggy. Ability to troubleshoot and install DC equipment/controllers, generators, solenoids, relays, motors, power supplies. Ability to perform industrial maintenance. Lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift 30 lbs. above the shoulder. Ability to bend/stoop, climb ladders, reach above the shoulder. Meet confined space entry requirements. Work in unfavorable conditions (hot/cold temperatures). Ability to work at heights. Minimum 15 years Electrical Experience. Electrical Skills
