Service Managers Assistant

Kenn, Clevedon based onsite Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

On a typical day you will:

• Receive and manage calls from customers. suppliers and engineers

• Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently

• Ensure that our CRM System isupdated with specific, accurate information

What you will need to be successful

• You are passionate about excellent customer service

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are a team-player and are able to work under pressure to deliver business commitments
