Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

An SMT Operator’s role is to perform surface mount assembly of printed circuit boards. This role involves handling various machines required for SMT assembly such as screen printers, robots, and reflow equipment. Responsibilities include preparing the production line, monitoring production runs to ensure quality, setting up feeders, operating SMT screen printers, following ISO process sheets, handling materials from the stockroom, loading reels and programs into machines, assisting in machine change-overs, maintaining department records, performing visual inspections of components, logging defects, communicating equipment issues to the relevant teams, and performing additional duties as assigned.
